Corona School Ikoyi Alumna Star as Main Character in Disney Movie - IWAJU!
We’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Simisola Gbadamosi, an exceptional Corona Alumna who took center stage as the main character in Disney’s Animation Movie – IWAJU! 🎬. She attended Ikoyi Day Nursery and proceeded to attend Corona School Ikoyi, where she held the position of Head Girl.
Â
Simisola auditioned for the movie role as a Corona School Ikoyi pupil in Primary 5 and commenced recording the movie in Primary 6. This showcases the incredible talent nurtured within our school walls.
Â
Simisola’s journey through Corona School helped her hone her elocution and diction skills to enable her land a main character role on the big screen. At Corona Schools, proper elocution and diction are integral to our curriculum. We prioritize proper communication, ensuring our pupils speak confidently at all times. With a dedicated public speaking club, and all teachers properly trained on elocution and diction, we nurture the art of speaking well in every child.
Â
Congratulations, Simisola, on this remarkable achievement! 🎉
